That's it! I've seen it all now! Halfords is at the top of the list!:B_rant: I went up there this morning (they called to say my audio harness was in), on the bus with 2 of my boys. Got there, not a member of staff in sight, so we perched on the main staircase in the centre of the store until a spotty youth approached with a "Y'alright!". He duly directed us to the 'Parts' department, where I was given the long awaited part... Bought it home, it's the wrong :angry2::angry2::angry2::angry2::angry2:part!!! It's the replacement audio harness for the factory fitted Volvo radio! Am I speaking swahili or something? Did I forget to put my teeth in when I told the guy I wanted to fit a CD player into my Volvo? Was he simply not listening when I explained that I needed the Audio harness to fit a Blaupunkt into a Volvo? :angry2::angry2::angry2: :frown2:

That looks like the one. He gave me PC2-19-4. I managed to speak with him on the telephonary device, where he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, that it does fit, and that he fits them all the time! Must be me - silly girl! :mumbles:

Halfords! What a place! Only good thing i've seen there was an idiot in a body kitted Rover, rip his front bumper off on a high curb! lol, He came flying in showing off & it ended in a nice crunch! :thumbs_up: On another occasion my friend went to "try" & buy some lowering springs! Only to be told he needed new alloys! before he could fit the springs! I Wonder where they learn all this crap from! Do they have a special Halfords training academy? Where they teach their staff to give out false information! Supply incorrect parts & sell poor quality tat for extortionate prices!

One day I will go in and ask them for an oil filter for my '76 Beetle, that should keep me entertained for hours :laughing-smiley-008 It's not all of them really is it? Sometimes you get someone who is interested in doing their job well. It's the young tw@ts that annoy me more than anything else, you ask for something and it's all just a little too much for them to understand :O_o:
